Terms of Use

Astronelle creates personalized astrology readings from the birth details you provide. Everything in the app, including readings written with the help of artificial intelligence, is offered for reflection, self-understanding, and entertainment only.

Astronelle is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no reading is a prediction of the future. Never make important life decisions based solely on the app; for real-world concerns, consult a qualified professional.

You must be at least 16 years old. Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

The free trial is limited to one per person and a small number of accounts per household or network. Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials is not allowed; accounts doing so may have trial access withheld or be closed.

Premium is a paid subscription (billed monthly or yearly) and Deep Question packs are one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal in the app; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, including unused Deep Questions.

Prices may change; we will notify you before a change affects an active subscription.

Daily limits on AI features exist to keep the service fast and sustainable. You agree not to circumvent limits, probe or attack the service, scrape it, resell it, or use it to generate content that is unlawful or harms others.

Readings are generated by artificial intelligence interpreting your chart data. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or generic despite our best efforts, and they do not represent the views of a human astrologer or of Astronelle. Use your own judgement.

You can stop using Astronelle and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, active subscriptions will be refunded pro rata.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
